How Often Should a Small Office in Queens or Brooklyn Be Professionally Cleaned?

There's no single right answer for how often an office should be cleaned, but there is a wrong one: whenever someone remembers. A schedule that depends on a manager noticing the trash is full will always run late, and the office will always feel slightly behind.

The two factors that drive frequency are restrooms and headcount. Restrooms used by more than a handful of people need attention at least twice a week and usually daily; they're the first thing a visitor judges and the first thing staff complain about. Kitchenettes and break rooms follow the same logic.

Desks, floors, and common surfaces can go longer between visits if the team is small and mostly remote. A ten-person office with a private restroom is often fine on a twice-weekly schedule. A thirty-person office with client visits, a shared kitchen, and two restrooms usually needs daily cleaning to stay presentable.

Foot traffic matters as much as headcount. A street-level office in Downtown Brooklyn tracks in more grit than a fifth-floor suite in Long Island City. Winter salt and rain multiply it. If the entry floor looks bad by Wednesday, the schedule is too thin.

The easiest way to get it right is to start with a walkthrough. We look at the space, the restrooms, the traffic, and your hours, then propose a frequency and a per-visit price. Evening hours are available based on availability, so cleaning happens after your team leaves and the office is ready before they return. Adjust after the first month if it needs it.
